Revenue Integrity Architecture Team
Marketing Affects diagnoses structural gaps in revenue systems and builds the architecture that makes growth predictable, capital-efficient, and durable.
We work across Strategy, Signal, and Discipline and build The Mesh™, the connective tissue that turns isolated functions into a system that learns.

Where we come from
Our team has led go-to-market architecture, revenue operations, and value-creation initiatives inside growth-stage SaaS companies, PE-backed portfolio companies, and enterprise B2B organizations. We have operated in environments where forecast accuracy, expansion economics, and capital efficiency directly impacted enterprise value. We built Revenue Integrity Architecture™ because we saw the same structural pattern repeat: companies investing more effort and capital into revenue systems that were never designed to hold at scale. The frameworks, incentive structures, and operating models that produce traction are not the same ones that produce discipline. That transition is architectural, and it is the problem we solve.
Phylis Miquel

Phylis works with companies at critical revenue inflection points, where the transition from traction to disciplined expansion demands architectural clarity. She has led go-to-market strategy in environments where forecast accuracy, expansion performance, and capital allocation directly shaped enterprise value.
She aligns demand integrity, lifecycle coordination, and brand leverage so that revenue performance reflects structural design, not improvisation.
Amy McDougall

Amy designs commercialization and governance frameworks across executive teams and partner ecosystems. She has operated in complex SaaS and B2B environments where partner contribution, lifecycle discipline, and cross-functional execution determined revenue quality.
She institutionalizes cross-functional accountability so performance does not depend on heroics.
